A Work Club can make a big difference to your local community by helping local people who are out of work to gain employment.

Work Clubs provide informal, helpful and community-based support to help people get back to work. Any group or organisation can set up a Work Club, the
online Work Club guide gives the information you need to do so, and you can contact contact Mike Dann or Steve Matthews if you have any further questions.

The Ark's Work Club (with support from Events 4 All, National Careers Service and Cornwall Works) is open to anyone who wants to find work, stay in work or progress in Work. If you're interested in joining, just turn up before 10:00 on a Tuesday or Friday Morning. Free hot drink for anyone arriving before 9:50.

Originally established for people aged 50+, this Work Club is now without age restriction, but is aimed at somewhat older or more mature individuals.
