Cornwall Works recognises that some people have more barriers to returning to work than others, and that these barriers are many and varied. Through developing Cornwall Works as a partnership approach to delivering welfare to work support, we can help more people with health problems return to work and increase overall employment rates in Cornwall. We recognise the crucial role employers play in achieving our aims and can offer help with pre-employment skills and tailored recruitment activity. We provide a free service, through a range of partners to help make Cornwall Work.
